What sizes are the bell tents, and how many people can they accommodate?
We offer two 5m bell tents, each accommodating 2-8 people, and one 4m bell tent, perfect for 2-6 people. The 5m tents require an area of approximately 7m in diameter, while the 4m tent needs a space of around 6m.
What themes do you offer for the sleepover tents?
We offer a wide range of themes for our sleepover tents, including popular options like football, safari, unicorns and rainbows, pokemon, Harry Potter and gaming.
Can the bell tents be set up on any surface?
Our bell tents need to be erected on grass, not concrete or stone surfaces, to ensure proper setup and stability.
How far in advance should I book my tent?
We recommend booking your tent at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like summer and holidays. However, we always try our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.
What is included in the tent packages?
Our tent packages include the tent itself, along with a range of decorations, furnishings, and amenities tailored to your specific theme and preferences. This can include camp beds, mattresses, seating, lighting, and personalised touches like banners and signs.
Do you offer any additional extras or accessories?
Yes, we offer a variety of extras and accessories to enhance your bell tent or sleepover tent experience. This includes heating and cooling options, lighting solutions, a projector and screen package, balloons, personalised signs, a candy stand and stuffed balloons.
Can you set up the tents at my location?
Absolutely! We offer a full setup and takedown service for all of our tents. Our team will arrive at your location, set up the tent and all the decorations and furnishings, and then take everything down the following day.
How long can I rent the tent for?
Our standard rental period is 24 hours, allowing you plenty of time to enjoy your celebration. However, we can also accommodate longer rental periods upon request.
